All items on HardwareFactoryStore.com ship free of charge to any address within the 48 Contiguous United States. Items sent to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, or Military Addresses may require an extra charge for shipping.
The map below provides a general idea of transit time once your order has shipped. Handling time can vary from 1-5 days. If you need an item quickly please contact us BEFORE ordering.

In order to receive packages outside the US please use our affiliate Stackry. Stackry will provide you with a US address that you can ship packages to from any online retailer, then will consolidate you packages and forward them to your non-US address. Returns & Replacements
You may return any product bought from us within 30 days of the order date. Returned items must be in new condition just as you received it. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period.
If a item arrives damaged or in not-working condition will we replace the item for you and pay for the return shipping of the damaged item. Most of our products include a one-year warranty which provides protection against manufacturer defects. All shipping damage or non-working unit claims must be filed within 3 business days of receiving the item.
We have a strict $2,000 limit on orders paid by credit card. If you submit an order with a total value of $2,000 or more paid by credit card your order will be put on hold for authorization. We suggest the following:
1. Use PayPal or Amazon Pay for orders of $2,000+. We also accept wire transfer, cash, and Bitcoin.
2. If using credit card, make sure that the billing and shipping address are the same. This is the only way we *may* authorize the transaction.
3. Businesses with verifiable commercial addresses may be exempt.
We cannot guarantee your order will be accepted if paid by credit card.
